Meet Dr. Kevin Kooiker

Learning the personal story behind each patient is what I enjoy most about being a dentist. Getting to know each individual allows me to tailor treatment to their needs and goals inthe most compassionate way possible. Maintaining esthetic and functional oral health for each patient is my goal.

Education and Continuing Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Biology – Hope College, 1996
  • Doctorate of Dental Surgery – University of Michigan Dental School, 2000

Following graduation from dental school, I was employed at Cherry Health Services, a community based health center in Grand Rapids.  Here I was able to provide compassionate care to under served patients with a wide variety of needs.  The vast experiences and knowledge I gained there have served as a valuable foundation for my career moving forward.

Throughout the year I diligently advance my knowledge base through continuing education. This allows me to offer my patients the most current treatment options to best suit their particular dental needs.

Outside the Office

I live in Hudsonville with my lovely wife, Nicole, who is also a dentist.  We have been blessed with two children, Sofie and Liam.  I enjoy being active outdoors, trying to make the most out of each beautiful season.  As a family we enjoy camping and movie nights together.  We are members of Fellowship Reformed Church in Hudsonville, striving to grow in our faith and following where God may lead us.
